Casting and Finishing
From your molds or the ones we create for you, we can cast as many copies
as you may need; of course within the constraints of the mold and casting materials.
We can cast your copies in one of many types of materials available:
slip for ceramics, gypsum, resin, cold cast bronze, wax for bronze, and more.
After casting a piece, we utilizing the many paints, patinas and texturing materials
available today to make it look like almost anything you want: faux stones in all colors,
faux bronze, bronze casts made to look like stone and much, much more!
Body Molding & Casting
Safely molding and casting full-size live bodies or body parts is something that should never
be done without full knowledge of the materials and procedures. If done without awareness
of the safety requirements of the materials being used, the process could be dangerous
– to both the model and the people doing the body casting.
There are various types of body casting procedures available. Which one to use depends on
the requirements of the finished product. For example, we can give you the least expensive
body molds, made of gypsum impregnated gauze, or life-like body casts made from body molds.
These casts, usually made from fiberglass reinforced resins, or polyvinyl, are then painted,
with life-like artificial eyes and hair, etc. These casts made from body molds show incredible

Sculpting
Representational-Realism:
From life, photos or drawn reference, we can sculpt an excellent full figure, portrait bust
or bass relief sculpture with incredible likeness. The piece can be sculpted for you in any size
or finished materials, from miniature gypsum to monumental bronze. The original work can be used
for commercial mass production or limited fine art purposes. Have an idea of what you want, but

Workshops & Classes
Here is a sample of the type of content taught by owner, Jeffrey Olshan.
With a Hands-On format, you will learn how to safely mold and cast
just about any 3D form, both inanimate and animate from start to finish,
with only non-toxic materials.
Including:
Rubber Molds - brush-on & pour types - including various types of rubbers
Gypsum Molds - for ceramic slip casting; piece, waste & fiberglass reinforced
Casting - in gypsum, resins, cement, clay, wax, slip and more
Body Casting - how to safely mold a body with skin wax, alginate and plaster/gauze
and then how to cast copies in various materials, from clay to bronze.
